Wherever you are in your career, developing and maintaining a personal portfolio is an absolute must. A portfolio is a tool to support you to meet a range of requirements linked to your CPD. It captures what activities you have done and when you did them. It also shows what you learnt by doing them and how such learning has affected your practice to improve and increase proficiency. The training record kept by an individual is typically called a CPD portfolio.
This report applies your results from the In game Myers-Briggs Type Indicator ® (MBTI®) assessment to help you identify job families and occupations that are a good fit for your reported MBTI type. The MBTI tool was developed by Isabel Briggs Myers and Katharine Briggs and is based on Carl Jung’s theory of psychological types. It has been used for more than 60 years to help people become more satisfied and successful in their careers.
Through out the game you and your team will be required to submit project work Your submissions will be reviwed and assessed by our inhouse assessors who have an excellent command of English (spoken and written), they use their sound judgement to objectively assess and evaluate candidate performance against a set of competencies.
